We want our products to fulfil the requirements and expectations of customers and markets with the aim of achieving complete customer satisfaction. In this way we promote the loyalty of our customers to our company, win new customers and become a preferred supplier for strategically important customers and markets. We wish to engage with suppliers and contract partners long term, with the aim of raising quality and reducing environmental impact.
Process orientation
The age of open global markets requires cost- and time-effective development, production and delivery of our products and services, centred on customer demands. Under this precondition we wish to structure our company processes to focus our quality onto these needs and monitor costs and delivery dates. Taking account of ecological criteria in all processes, we will be proactive in avoiding or minimizing environmental impacts (reduction in energy and water usage, minimised waste). The application of new technologies should as far as possible promote the exclusion of potential dangers for the environment.
Employee orientation
Our future-oriented vision is the development of employee potential, raising of motivation and the focussing of all staff towards our Corporate Policy.
