Philosophy of production optimised designs

tecnotron has recognised that in addition to analogue technology like switching power supplies or measuring technology, the market is increasingly asking for special technologies. High speed designs with high stacked multi layers, flexible rigid boards, semi flexible and flexible layered constructions as well as EMC suitable designs are part of our normal project work.
Technologies like impedance controlled routing and calculation of wave resistances with different influencing models are more and more demanded by customers. In collaboration with production the philosophy of production optimised design has been established at tecnotron. Circuit board designers take account of customer-specific production demands and hold consultations on cost-optimised production technologies.
